Britney Spears has rekindled her romance with agent Jason Trawick just weeks after they split, according to reports.

The couple’s brief relationship reportedly came to an end in September when Spears refused to let the 37-year-old move in with her.

A source told OK: “She told him she needed to get back on her own two feet before moving forward. Jason was disappointed, but he understood.”

Another insider added that the pair have now reconciled, saying: “When they were apart they barely spoke. Now he’s planning to join her on her Australian tour next month.”

A woman found acting suspiciously at Britney Spears’ home has been found guilty of misdemeanour peeking.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was cleared of trespassing the day before yesterday (20.08.09) after she was arrested in April dressed in military fatigues looking into a ground floor window of the singer’s $10 million home, in Calabasas, California. However, she was convicted of the lesser charge.

Miranda insisted she has “no obsession with Britney” and was only at her property to practice documentary filmmaking in a paparazzi style. She was caught with filming equipment in her backpack, and police were called after she refused to leave.

Before the court case, when asked for a statement Miranda said: “Everything happens for a reason. There’s your statement.” She also stated she did not regret what she had done.

Former ‘American Idol’ contestant Miranda - who, under the terms of a previous restraining order, has to stay at least 100 yards away from Britney, her children and her residence - was handed three years’ probation and 240 hours of community service for her crime.

A source said: “Britney just wanted to give him something useful as a sign of her appreciation.

“After all their ups and downs she knows he’s always got her best interests at heart.”

Britney - who opened her ill-fated New York restaurant Nyla in 2002 - plans to serve soul food at the Los Angeles eatery.

Soul food is popular in the southern states of America - Britney was raised in Kentwood, Louisiana - and includes dishes such as fried chicken, barbecued ribs, black eyed peas and sweet potato.

Earlier this month, it was revealed Jamie wants a judge to review the conditions of the conservatorship agreement when Britney’s ‘Circus’ world tour concludes in November.

A US website reported: “Jamie can’t ask the judge to end it - just to review it. The judge then decides if Britney should regain control of her life.”

Jamie thinks Britney - who currently has shared custody of her two children with ex-husband Kevin Federline, Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James - is now strong enough to look after herself.

To Britney’s great dismay, the performance scheduled to take place in Warsaw, Poland on Friday, July 24th has been canceled by the Polish promoter due to a contractual dispute that was unable to be resolved,” the statement reads. “Britney regrets that she will not be visiting Poland’s capital during her world tour. She apologizes to all her loyal fans for the cancellation and hopes to visit the culturally exciting city of Warsaw in the near future.”

Phone calls to the concert organizer in Warsaw, Agencja Akwarium, went unanswered. An official Web site devoted to Spears’ Polish stop, www.britneykoncert.pl, said only that the show was canceled and that it would soon post information for ticket holders.

The pair’s lawyers have reportedly agreed which days each of them will spend with the boys. When Britney’s series of shows ends later this year, custody will return to a 50/50 split.

It has previously been claimed Spears could only see her children while touring if Federline who won the primary custody after the 27-year-old singer’s breakdown last year agreed. She was even said to be paying him $4,000 a week to travel with her so she could be near the boys.

According to The Associated Press, hackers broke into Spears’ and DeGeneres’ Twitpic accounts and sent out fake messages, including one that said Britney was dead. “Britney has passed today,” one of the fake messages said. “It is a sad day for everyone. More news to come.”

Twitpic, a Web-based messaging system that is not owned by Twitter, allows users of the micro-blogging site to share photos. Twitpic service shut down briefly on Sunday after discovering what the Charleston, South Carolina-based company called a “vulnerability” in its mobile posting service. In a note to users, Twitpic asks users to disregard the message about Spears’ alleged death and promised that the company was “implementing a fix immediately.”

The attackers, apparently preying on the fact that several notable celebrities died last week, including Michael Jackson, were able to post a message to Spears’ Twitter profile that claimed she, too, had passed away. Twitpic founder Noah Everett, in a blog post Monday, said the attackers used a technique known as brute force to guess the email PINs of about 10 users, which they were able to use to automatically post messages to various Twitter pages. Everett did not address Spears by name in his post.The intruders tried every possible combination of the PIN until they got it right, Everett said. Twitpic has since fixed the vulnerability. “I want to stress that no account information was compromised,” he wrote. “The vulnerability only allowed someone to post a photo to Twitpic/Twitter on someone’s behalf, but did not allow access to their account in any way. Once we were made aware of the issue, we immediately began working on a fix and also shut down [our] email system to prevent any unauthorized posting”. The post has been removed from Spears’ account.

The image on Spears’ Twitpic account and the associated post have been deleted, and Brit’s staff posted a message reassuring fans that she is alive and well. Social-media news site Mashable also reported that producer/rapper Diddy’s page had been attacked with a similar false death report. Spears has been Twitter-hacked in the past, including earlier this year, when a malicious hacker posted rude comments about her in an attack that also pinpointed the accounts of then President-elect Obama, Fox News and CNN anchor Rick Sanchez.

The lawyer for Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline has said that his client is “more than happy to help facilitate Britney being able to see the boys on the European leg of the tour”.

although Kevin has custody of the boys, Britney “should not have to sacrifice visits with her boys while pursuing her career.

Kevin has even been able to make sure that Britney can maintain the boys’ regular schedule.

Britney Spears has said that she’s as surprised as anyone about the success of her comeback over the last year.

The star hit rock bottom in 2007 with a stay in rehab, repeated hospitalizations and losing custody of her sons but after her dad was appointed to take control of her life, she recovered steadily through 2008. Her comeback singles and album ‘The Circus’, released in December, were huge hits and the accompanying tour has sold out.

She told Hello magazine recently: “A lot of people thought maybe I wouldn’t make it. People thought I was finished, didn’t they?

“I guess for a while last year it looked that way. Nothing I can do about the past. But I’m hoping to prove them wrong now. And I have really put everything I have into this new show.”

But she added that she’s mostly doing it for her sons, three year old Sean Preston and two year old Jayden: “It’s all about history. [I’m] creating history with [my] kids that we can look back on.

“When they’re adults I want my kids to say ‘Mum worked so hard, but she was always there for us’.

“Number one priority for me? My kids. They come first. If the boys are okay, everything else falls into place.”

The boys and their dad Kevin Federline accompanied the star on the recent North American leg of her Circus tour, staying at one of three bases around the US to allow Britney to maintain her access throughout the tour. The UK leg of the tour starts next week, followed by concert dates across Europe.
