Relax, Britney Spears is just fine. The singer was just the victim of yet another Twitter hack over the weekend, along with talk-show host/ comedian Ellen DeGeneres. According to The Associated Press, hackers broke into Spears’ and DeGeneres’ Twitpic accounts and sent out fake messages, including one that said Britney was dead. “Britney has passed today,” one of the fake messages said. “It is a sad day for everyone. More news to come.”

Twitpic, a Web-based messaging system that is not owned by Twitter, allows users of the micro-blogging site to share photos. Twitpic service shut down briefly on Sunday after discovering what the Charleston, South Carolina-based company called a “vulnerability” in its mobile posting service. In a note to users, Twitpic asks users to disregard the message about Spears’ alleged death and promised that the company was “implementing a fix immediately.”

The attackers, apparently preying on the fact that several notable celebrities died last week, including Michael Jackson, were able to post a message to Spears’ Twitter profile that claimed she, too, had passed away. Twitpic founder Noah Everett, in a blog post Monday, said the attackers used a technique known as brute force to guess the email PINs of about 10 users, which they were able to use to automatically post messages to various Twitter pages. Everett did not address Spears by name in his post. The intruders tried every possible combination of the PIN until they got it right, Everett said. Twitpic has since fixed the vulnerability. “I want to stress that no account information was compromised,” he wrote. “The vulnerability only allowed someone to post a photo to Twitpic/Twitter on someone’s behalf, but did not allow access to their account in any way. Once we were made aware of the issue, we immediately began working on a fix and also shut down [our] email system to prevent any unauthorized posting”. The post has been removed from Spears’ account.

The image on Spears’ Twitpic account and the associated post have been deleted, and Brit’s staff posted a message reassuring fans that she is alive and well. Social-media news site Mashable also reported that producer/rapper Diddy’s page had been attacked with a similar false death report. Spears has been Twitter-hacked in the past, including earlier this year, when a malicious hacker posted rude comments about her in an attack that also pinpointed the accounts of then President-elect Obama, Fox News and CNN anchor Rick Sanchez.

Could Britney Spears really be pregnant again and for the third time? Britney Spears is four weeks pregnant with her third child. And no, thankfully the baby daddy is not the perpetually unemployed Kevin Federline.

This could be the shocker of ‘09 — is Britney Spears pregnant with baby number three. Ryan Seacrest talked about it on his KIIS FM radio show on Wednesday, claiming he heard the news from “a reliable source.”

Britney Spears’ camp is squashing the latest round of rumors that the star is pregnant - ones circulated by Ryan Seacrest of all people on his radio show.

Seacrest posted a message (on Twitter, natch) earlier in the day saying, “I heard a rumor about Brit that I want to investigate before I give more deets!!”

Britney Spears spokesman Adam Leber released a statement denying it.
“She’s absolutely not pregnant,” Leber said.
“I have no idea where this ridiculous rumor came from … Ryan Seacrest has communication with our camp and could have checked this before saying it.”
With the amount of sex Britney Spears supposedly has according to celebrity gossip magazines - Chase Benz, K-Fed, etc. - it’s only a matter of time before she ends up carrying baby #3. However, these stories may be a tad erroneous.

After all, since she’s not allowed to say a word under the conservatorship, and doesn’t know where she is half the time anyway, scheduling in sessions of unrequited boning with sundry characters may pose logistical difficulties.

If Britney Spears is pregnant, who’s the father? Before this alleged pregnancy was announced, Britney Spears was being linked to all kinds of men. There was one of her backing dancers, for instance, along with her tour manager, a member of Good Charlotte and her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

A source close to the star told me: “She’s very angry that it has come out like this. She’s shocked because the pregnancy is the last thing she needs right now.”She had a scan last month and only told close friends the result. Even her family were out of the loop.”Britney had a fling after a wild night out in LA as her bitter divorce battle with K-FED dragged on.

A US magazine reported that her on-off boyfriend JR ROTEM had confirmed the baby rumours but Britney said the story was “bull****” and “completely fake”.
Contrary to the statement J.R. Rotem released on November 28, In Touch has documented proof that on Monday, November 26, the music producer did indeed confirm in these text messages that Britney is pregnant and that he is the father. When asked about rumors about Britney’s pregnancy and whether he is the father, J.R. texted “It’s true.” And when questioned about Britney’s intentions regarding her unborn baby, he responded, “No clue on what she will do. She is unpredictable.”

It’s hard for single, working moms to find appropriate men to date. In fact, it’s not surprising that when single parents meet at work, they sometimes start dating. So when rumors surfaced about Britney Spears dating her current agent, Jason Trawick, it made a lot of sense to other single parents out there. In fact anyone with a memory for celebrity blended families may remember that Spears’ ex-husband, Kevin Federline, was one of her back up dancers at work, and that that’s how they met before marrying.

Federline, with whom Spears has two children, has been dating his girlfriend for some time now. It’s only fair that Spears has a little romance on non-custodial time with her boys, too.
With her social life considerably curtailed by her conservatorship, Britney Spears has been linked to one of the few men she has access to: her agent.

The singer has reportedly been spending more and more time with agent Jason Trawick of late - and according to sources close to the singer, they’re not just talking business.

A paparazzi photographer who followers Britney is quoted as saying: “In my eyes, Britney and Jason are definitely together. “I’ve never seen any other celebrity spend as much time with their agent as Brit does - vacation in Costa Rica, dinner, the Bahamas, running out to get Starbucks on a Saturday afternoon - I mean, it’s not just business as usual.”
Oh, and did we mention that Brit Brit kept former Mr. Spears, Kevin Ferderline, waiting at her house to pick up their sons while she frolicked and played with her agent?

At least she has drastically raised her standards, but she should really learn to stop dating the help!
Britney is set to fly over the UK is set to start her run of eight shows in London tomorrow night before continuing on the European leg of her The Circus Tour

Britney Spears two young sons — Sean Preston and Jayden James — are allowed to join the singer on the European leg of her Circus tour.

The lawyer for Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline has said that his client is “more than happy to help facilitate Britney being able to see the boys on the European leg of the tour”.

although Kevin has custody of the boys, Britney “should not have to sacrifice visits with her boys while pursuing her career.

Kevin has even been able to make sure that Britney can maintain the boys’ regular schedule.

Britney Spears has said that she’s as surprised as anyone about the success of her comeback over the last year.

The star hit rock bottom in 2007 with a stay in rehab, repeated hospitalizations and losing custody of her sons but after her dad was appointed to take control of her life, she recovered steadily through 2008. Her comeback singles and album ‘The Circus’, released in December, were huge hits and the accompanying tour has sold out.

She told Hello magazine recently: “A lot of people thought maybe I wouldn’t make it. People thought I was finished, didn’t they?

“I guess for a while last year it looked that way. Nothing I can do about the past. But I’m hoping to prove them wrong now. And I have really put everything I have into this new show.”

But she added that she’s mostly doing it for her sons, three year old Sean Preston and two year old Jayden: “It’s all about history. [I’m] creating history with [my] kids that we can look back on.

“When they’re adults I want my kids to say ‘Mum worked so hard, but she was always there for us’.

“Number one priority for me? My kids. They come first. If the boys are okay, everything else falls into place.”

The boys and their dad Kevin Federline accompanied the star on the recent North American leg of her Circus tour, staying at one of three bases around the US to allow Britney to maintain her access throughout the tour. The UK leg of the tour starts next week, followed by concert dates across Europe.

Britney Spears already has a popular perfume line, but sales might skyrocket if her newest scent makes it into stores: a fragrance called ‘Mo that carries the tantalizing tagline “One spray and the gays will run your way!”
Willey explained that the tone of the awards show is “very playful, irreverent, doesn’t take it too seriously.” When they decided to give their Always Next, Forever Now award to Spears, Willey approached the singer’s label and management with the idea for the faux perfume ad.

“She’s having fun with her gay audience, because she’s an official gay icon at such a young and tender age,” said Christopher Willey, a Logo executive producer. (Logo and MTV are both owned by Viacom.) Spears’ people loved the idea, although Willey did have to explain the meaning of ‘Mo, which is a term of endearment within the gay community. “Britney herself wanted to make sure that the punch line — which is the word ‘Mo — wasn’t offensive in any way,” Willey said.

Logo shot Britney’s “One spray and the gays will run your way!” line on the Los Angeles set of her video for “If U Seek Amy” and filled in the rest with footage from music videos and a documentary. The package will open the NewNowNext show as an imaginarymessage from the program’s sponsor. The second annual awards show airs June 13 at 9 p.m. ET and will feature appearances by Lady Gaga, Vanessa Williams, castmembers from “The Real Housewives of New York City” and a musical performance by Eve. And, of course, Spears will be on hand to accept her award.

“She has this natural rapport with the gay community,” Willey said. “I think she just really likes her gay fans and she sees this as a way to talk directly to them, which she hasn’t really done before.”

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has ordered Britney Spears’ former manager Sam Lutfi to stay away from the singer for three years.
The ruling comes after hearing weeks of testimony from Lutfi and Eardley, as they defended their actions and insisted they did not pose threats to the singer. Lawyers for the two men will appeal the restraining orders, claiming they did not prove Spears suffered substantial emotional distress as a result of their actions.
Although Jamie Spears alleged that he — and attorney Jon Eardley — had tried to undermine a court-ordered conservatorship that granted him control over her personal and financial affairs, Lutfi’s attorney contended that he had never threatened the safety of Spears, 27, and the petition didn’t meet the standards for issuing a restraining order.

Testimony from Jamie Spears, along with Britney’s security staff and a hairdresser, contributed to the judge’s decision. The hairdresser testified that Britney Spears told her she was scared of Lutfi and didn’t want to have anything to do with him. Britney did not appear in court during the hearings, and she remains on her Circus tour despite requests by Lutfi’s and Eardley’s attorneys to testify in the case.
Spears’ court-appointed lawyer, Samuel Ingham, supported issuing the orders during a hearing last week, saying they were in the singer’s “best interests.” Joel Boxer, a lawyer for Spears’ father, Jamie, said the restraining order request was “unusual,” but was necessary to protect the singer from “people who I think are fairly characterized as predators.”

After all the rumors and issues Britney Spears has been facing, she was involuntarily committed to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center psych ward. There she will be rehab for her bizarre behavior. While she was in the rehab, her two sons, Sean and Jayden are under the custody of his ex Kevin Federline.

Britney desperately want the kids but her parents won’t let her speak on the phone to her sons. She really misses her sons. Britney cries about it. Britney hasn’t put the children’s belongings away. Her home has pictures of her kids everywhere. She loves them very much. Despite the separation from her children and her ongoing legal woes, Spears’ life is changing for the better. There’s been a real change in how she is because she has been smothered in love.

Now Britney Spears has been in a good living, she now standing with heads up high, after all that had happen to her, she back with her new “Circus”. Britney is going to have a tour with her two sons. The boys are still under the custody of Kevin Federline but Spears has nearly 50-50 access to them in visitation rights.

Britney’s Circus tour kick off in New Orleans and ends in Chicago. Just two days after kicking off her Circus tour in New Orleans, Britney Spears spends a sunny day with her sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, at the Magic Kingdom Theme Park in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., on Thursday. The happy boys and Mom enjoyed the fun at Mickey’s Toontown Fair.

Britney Spears is perhaps one of the most compelling figures in the pop music world. Once America’s Pop Princess. She also became renowned as a sex symbol, gathering attention around the world for her looks. Spears is ranked as the eighth best-selling female recording artist in the United States with 32 million sold albums certified by the Recording Industry Association of America.

As of November 2007, Spears has sold over 83 million records worldwide, making her one of the world’s best-selling music artists. Spears first appeared on national television in 1992 as a contestant on the Star Search program, and went on to star in Disney Channel’s television series The New Mickey Mouse Club from 1993 to 1994. In 1997, Spears signed a recording contract with Jive, releasing her debut album …Baby One More Time in 1999. The album established her as a pop icon and “bonafide pop phenomenon”, credited for influencing the revival of teen pop in the late 1990s.
After more albums and an attempt at a film, Spears started to become more known for her personal life than for her music.Spears began to gain attention for her bizarre public behavior, including incidents in which she shaved her head and drove with her baby on her lap. From a Pop Star Princess to a woman of rumor and scandals. She’s now facing a big meltdown of her career. Spears is now in a situation where the world is against her. After this everything started to go the wrong way for Britney. She was out partying a lot, and she was pictured in very bad conditions several times. Rumors came up that she was on drugs and it was obvious that she was drinking a lot of alcohol. In the beginning of 2007 Britney was shaving all her hair off and she was also putting herself on rehab for the alcohol problems.
She didn’t manage to stay away from alcohol and drugs though and in October 2007 she lost custody of her sons. In November 2007 Britney released her fifth album, “Blackout”. It ran up to number 2 on Billboard immediately and one of the singles “ Gimme More” was a huge success from the start. This year the star has starred on the TV Show “How I met Your Mother” and she got great reviews. After taking a brief time-out from the spotlight, it appears as though Spears’ career is perhaps in reboot mode.

After appearing on a few television shows and releasing 2007’s Blackout, Spears is hoping to regain some of her past glory. Her next three albums debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, making her the first female artist to have her first four albums debut at number one. In late 2008, her sixth studio album, Circus, also debuted at number one.

She may be a multi-millionaire but it seems that Britney Spears is as guilty as the rest of us for spending as much as she earns. The pop star made more than £7.6million last year, but she spent an eye-watering £6.7million over the 11 months to December 31, 2008. Spears is well known for her extravagant spending and diva demands but figures lodged with a Los Angeles Court show that she is splashing the cash at a rate of £609,000 a month. The singer is enjoying renewed success after a disastrous couple of years where her increasingly erratic behaviour lead to her being taken into psychiatric care under a mental health order. But bizarrely, she is now spending more on security and staff, than she is on the care of her two young sons. Spears, who is on a world tour, splashed out nearly £300,000 on her security team and £124,500 on general staff. In contrast the star, who is worth more than £60million in total spent just £118,000 on her young boys.

Spears, 27, spent the bulk of her income last year on legal fees. She spent £2million on fees for 17 different lawyers, prompting concerns that her fortune is being frittered away. More than half of this is being claimed by those taking care of her estate, while a significant chunk was given to ex-husband Kevin Federline to cover his family court costs. The pair had battled for custody of their children as part of a bitter divorce, with Mr. Federline eventually being awarded them in his full care. The couple split in 2007, whereupon Miss Spears descended into a spiral of drug abuse, wild partying and depression - prompting her to lose custody of their children. She cut off her family and was sectioned, while her father Jamie Spears took control of her and her estate in a bid help her stay under control.

Her annual general living expenses are in excess of £90,000, which likely include hefty bills for her diet and exercise regimes. There is no breakdown in the legal documents but sources close to the star have revealed she spends more than £5,000 a month on staying in shape. Miss Spears will arrive in London for the UK leg of her tour next month and her diva-like demands further highlight where her cash goes - last year she spent £700,000 on similar business expenses.

Whoever imagined Jordan Miller, who started a Britney Spears fan site while a high school sophomore in 2004, would one day receive half a million visits a day? And whoever imagined Miller, now a typical college student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, would be threatened with legal action by her father, Jamie Spears? Miller’s world was turned upside-down last fall after he received an angry phone call from the pop star’s father-guardian, accusing him of copyright violations.

In February 2008, after Britney Spears was forced into a treatment program for bipolar disorder, Jamie Spears was awarded conservatorship, giving him the authority to make legal, financial and medical decisions on behalf of his daughter.

Miller posted several blogs begging for Britney to be “freed.” He also posted about a magazine story that suggested Britney’s younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, was expecting her second child. Then his cell phone rang. Miller said Jamie Spears told him, “I am going to destroy your ass.”

“I was really freaking out for a good three or four weeks,” Miller said. “Lately, I’ve been doing my own thing. I just kind of want to keep it going.”

Attorney Clarke Walton, who represents Miller pro bono, has been battling with the Spears legal team, which has threatened to sue for copyright infringements. “The unauthorized use of recordings, images and trademarks constitutes actionable infringement under copyright and trademark law, and also violates Ms. Spears’s rights of publicity and privacy,” said a March 18 letter from Jamie’s lawyer.

Miller and Walton are puzzled that Team Spears would leave other fan sites alone and sic legal hounds on a kid who is simply a huge admirer of the singer. He believes that Jamie Spears is “trying to shut me down” because of his negative comments about the father’s control over his daughter. Miller questioned, for example, why he is being targeted instead of the tabloid that first published the story about daughter Jamie Lynn Spears.

He also defended his comments on the father’s role as conservator. “A conservatorship is for an 85-year-old who can’t take care of themselves, not a 27-year-old mom who is working and making money,” Miller said. “If she really does need a conservator, she should get an independent one.”

Miller suggested, as many gossip magazines have reported, that Britney Spears feels trapped by her father. The two have never had a close relationship. Miller and the celebrity gossip magazines also question whether Jamie Spears is serving as conservator strictly or at least partially to make money.

So, why does Miller care so much that he’s willing to go head-to-head with a man who clearly has tons more money than a college student who works part-time? “I’ve been asking that myself,” Miller said. “I just think she’s a really cool artist; I feel inspired by her. It’s a healthy hobby. It takes a lot of work and dedication, but it’s self-fulfilling.”
Spears’ attorneys allege Miller is profiting from Britney Spears pictures, but Miller and Walton said that is not true. Miller pays $300 a month to keep the site going and receives an average of $100 each month from advertisers.

Walton is not concerned about the legal threats coming from Spears’ camp. He said the letters outlining the infringements have no substance. Photographs used originate from companies that approved their use or from camera-toting fans who submitted them. Miller is not using images or lyrics for a commercial purposes. “If they want to fight, I’d love this fight,” Walton said. “I feel confident we would win on the merits of this case.”
