Britney Spears can see her kids, but she’d better behave while doing so.In a court order issued Thursday, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon said Spears can visit her two sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, every other day, The Associated Press reported. A monitor must watch Spears and will be allowed to cut her visits short if “any behavior or action by Spears endangers the children.”
Pop star Britney Spears will get to spend more time with her two children during her ongoing “Circus” world tour following an agreement with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. The “Womanizer” singer – who has two sons, Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline – is allowed to have the kids more than 50 per cent of the time while she is on tour.
Gossip website TMZ reports: “Lawyers for Britney and Kevin Federline have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement.”Britney is currently completing her “Circus” world tour and the newagreement will be effective during the rest of June, July and August. The pair’s lawyers have reportedly agreed which days each of them will spend with the boys. When Britney’s series of shows ends later this year, custody will return to a 50/50 split.
It has previously been claimed Spears could only see her children while touring if Federline who won the primary custody after the 27-year-old singer’s breakdown last year agreed. She was even said to be paying him $4,000 a week to travel with her so she could be near the boys.
